Yes! Pebblebee products are designed to work seamlessly with both Android and iOS devices. Whether you’re on the Google's Find My Device network or Apple Find My, you’ll be able to easily locate your items using the respective apps, offering flexibility and peace of mind no matter which device you prefer. Please note that our trackers are able to connect to a single network at any given time. To change your preferred network you will need to perform a factory reset.
Are Pebblebee products waterproof or durable for outdoor use?
Yes, our trackers are designed to be water-resistant and durable for daily wear and outdoor activities. They can withstand splashes, rain, and general exposure to moisture, making them ideal for adventures or daily commutes. However, they are not designed to be submerged in water for extended periods, so please avoid activities like swimming with your tracker.
What is the range of a Pebblebee item finder?
Pebblebee trackers offer a Bluetooth range of up to 500 feet (150 meters) in open space for the Card and the Clip and 300 feet (91 meters) for the Tag. If your item is outside of Bluetooth range, our integration with Apple Find My and Google Find My Device networks allows you to leverage other nearby devices within their networks to help locate your lost item, even if it’s miles away.

Shipping
How quickly will I get my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving an order. Once shipped, a tracking number is provided for your reference. Actual shipping time varies depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Shipping cost will depend on your Country.There are only a few countries we are unable to ship to at this time: South Africa, Indonesia, Iran, Cuba, Russia, Ukraine and North Korea. Please note that international orders ship from the US and are subject to any standard customs fees typically associated with international orders.
Can I change my shipping address?
Orders are often shipped the next morning, so if you need an address change we encourage you to do that within 24 hours. To change the address, email us at support@pebblebee.com. In the case that we receive word too late to make changes, Customer Support will be able to review options with you.
Where is my order?
When your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking number. For international orders, tracking is not always available as USPS does not provide the service everywhere.
Return & Refund Policy
We’re excited about our product and hope you are too. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are able to offer refunds for qualifying orders.
Orders purchased directly through www.pebblebee.com are eligible for our Money Back Guarantee while Pebblebee products purchased through other retailers are subject to the retailers’ return policies. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including original packaging, and be within 15 days of the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Please note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the cost of return shipping and that return shipping will not be reimbursed. Further, please note that returns are subject to a 20% repackaging and restocking fee.
