At Pebblebee, we stand behind our products. If something goes wrong because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right.

This warranty covers normal use. It doesn’t cover accidents, water damage, misuse, modifications or failure to follow provided instructions. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which may entitle you to remedies beyond the warranty period.

How Long You're Covered

  • United States: 1 year
  • European Union (including EEA) & United Kingdom: 2 years
  • Australia & New Zealand: 1 year plus extra rights under local consumer law if your product should reasonably last longer.
  • Japan: 1 year plus extra rights under local law if defects are discovered later.
  • Canada: 1 year (3 years if you're in Québec).
  • Singapore: 1 year with extra rights for issues found within the first 6 months.
  • Other locations outside the aforementioned: 1 year

What To Do If Something Goes Wrong

  1. Email us at support@pebblebee.com.
  2. Our team will help troubleshoot and, if needed, walk you through how to return and replace your device.

Most issues can be resolved quickly with our team, but if your product is truly defective and within the warranty period, we'll replace it.
