At Pebblebee, we stand behind our products. If something goes wrong because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right.
Pebblebee offers a 1-year limited warranty against product defects, effective from the time of delivery. Product defects do not include those resulting from accident, water damage, product modification, or failure to follow instructions for use. If defective, Pebblebee will replace the device upon receipt.
For international customers, please note that a shipping fee may apply for warranty replacements. We strive to offer the best service possible, and this fee helps us cover the cost of international logistics.
This warranty can be combined with your local consumer rights. Even if the listed period has ended, you may still be entitled to assistance under your country’s laws.
What To Do If Something Goes Wrong

- Please provide a description of the issue, phone model, phone OS, and device name to help support with troubleshooting.
- Our team will help troubleshoot and, if needed, walk you through how to return and replace your device.
Most issues can be resolved quickly with our team, but if your product is truly defective and within the warranty period, we'll replace it.
