USA250 limited edition Pebblebee Clip5

As the owner of 4x Pebblebee Cards for the family, which are worth their weight in gold, I ordered the 2x Clip5’s whilst on vacation in the US from Scotland. They are properly smart, but now I just need to find where I can get protective cases for them, as I suspect the loop might be vulnerable if I just put them on my Keyring. But that’s down to me. If just a tracker in a bag, it’s brilliant as it works on Apple AND Android as advertised!

I bought the 2x Clip5’s, as the Airline “lost” one of our hold suitcases on the way out and unbelievably, even when they forwarded it, their system wasn’t showing the suitcase had followed 48 hrs later and one of the Pebblebee Cards I already owned was showing it was already in Orlando and the airline were able to find the suitcase visually in their office!!! That was why I ordered the 2x keyrings. But why I fear the loop breaking. That fear though is my fear and this is a 5* company as it works on BOTH Apple AND Android.

Defective battery

All three Pebblebee item finders (two Clip 5, one Card 5 finders) were received undamaged, sealed, in good condition. However, during an attempt to pair one Clip 5 to my Sony phone, nothing happened. I managed to connect the problematic Clip to the USB-C charger and after that the Clip starts to display some signs of life. The Clip was charged until green lights disappeared. Pairing of all finders was not straight forward, but I managed to add all three finders to both Pebblebee and Google FindHub apps; finders are operating as its should. Unfortunately I noticed that battery of the initially problematic Clip do not last promised "Up to 12 months on a single charge.": a warning about low battery level was received just after less than one week. Recharging did not helped lot: this Clip is able to operate just about 5...6 days. Seems that this Clip have a defective battery.
