I’ve been testing the Pebblebee Card 5 for almost two weeks now. On the hardware side, it’s flawless: slim profile fits nicely into a wallet, the battery performance is stable, and the Google Find My Device network integration works like a charm. The two-way phone finder feature is very useful.
One technical note for Android users (especially Xiaomi/MIUI/HyperOS): for the tracker to work reliably 24/7 in the background, you MUST manually disable battery optimization ("No restrictions") and turn off "Pause app activity if unused" in the Android app settings. Otherwise, the aggressive system battery saver will kill the background connection. Once properly configured on the OS level, the tracker works perfectly. 5 stars.
Not making e waste is a definite bonus. Was a bit hard to set up, but that was down to the phone not the clip. Very satisfied.
Fácil de configurar, funciona, tanto en red Apple como en Android. En ambas redes, los localizadores funcionan y son igual de visibles en ambas redes.
Very loud chime, very bright LED. Should have absolutely no trouble finding these things. Shipping was fast, and Easy setup with Google Find my.
We received the PebbleBee devices in just a few days and everything was in order
I purchase the original Pebblebee fob as soon as it came out. I later purchased a card for my wallet. The latest addition was a new fob (the yellowish one) so I could visually see my keys. I was using AirTags but when I escaped the Apple ecosystem and saw Pebblebee, I was very happy. Now I have choices.
...so I must like them. We also have 3 cards. I only wish they were waterproof as these are for my dog. Or, maybe a case to go over them would do the trick?
Setting it up with the Andrioid Find Hub and the Apple Find My was easy, but the Pebblebee app was a bit difficult to use. Otherwise, all my Clip 5 tags came in perfect beautiful condition, were fully charged, and so far work wonderfully.
Amazing. I was looking for a similar device like the Apple AirTags and this fits the bill for my Android. Setup was "kinda" "difficult", you do not really say how many "milliseconds/seconds" in between to click the "le" (how quick to click) → 2x to connect to Google Find Hub or 5x to add to the Pebblebee App and another 5x in the PebbleBee App to enable the Phone Finder. It took several tries to get the "beep beep" for all instances but all in all, great. When I am away from the Pebblebee, it says, the device is near "My Name". When I am close to it, it says Device Nearby. Confusing. Should be Device is near "Address", not "My Name" because how did Google Find know it is "My Name" when my full name is not even on that account??!!
Had a heck of a time getting the clicking right inorder to do the setup process. Pushed the button a inducted but far from technique required to access the setup. Should make it much clearer how to click the button properly. Direct customers to a video to make it absolutely clear how to activate the button.
It works as advertised; it saves space in your wallet. The ‘button’ was tricky to find, but I suggest you do not put the card on a flat surface (like I was doing), but instead, grab it with your hand and use your thumb and index finger to ‘push’ in a few areas until you feel the ‘click’.
I went away last weekend and a couple of days Ilater I realised that I couldn’t find my house keys. I did have an other tracker on but I took it off to put on the dog! I did find my keys when I came home and decided that Pebblebee was my next tracker, as I’d bought one for my son and he really likes it. So glad I got it and will replace all my other trackers on the near future.
As long as yall keep them updated and add the random colors to the card ..other then that awesome oh and add a code or cover for the clip 5
