Position Title: Support and Brand Image Specialist


Pebblebee (PB INC) develops and delivers simple yet productive solutions in the Trackables industry for consumers and enterprise. Pebblebee continues to innovate new technology built into other products such as batteries, pens, umbrellas, archery equipment, badge holders, Golf clubs and other items that help people with their daily activities. At Pebblebee, we believe our success stems from each and every individual employee and we are currently looking to add a full-time Support and Brand Image personnel to our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for the right individual who desires to make a considerable impact in a privately held small business, manage and own consumer customer support tasks and helping improve brand image through social media, reviews, and events. We are at a pivotal point in our business and are in need of an energetic person that will help running support tasks on a daily basis as their priority while using that experience to help improve brand image.


The successful candidate must be able to manage and respond to customer requests on a daily basis and assist with tasks that continuously help improve brand image. Candidate must be well organized, thorough, trustworthy, and have excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to multi-task. Following are general responsibilities for the position:

  • Manage and respond to daily customer requests and inquiries. This is generally over email and online, and will include mostly technical support (no technical background required) and potentially sales inquiries.
  • Communicate summary of support subjects to leadership on a regular basis and when needed to keep them informed.
  • Use information learned through customer support to help improve brand image by promoting positive reviews.
  • Communicate and coordinate on a regular basis with fulfillment team whenever necessary.
  • Work with Head of Marketing to help with execution of social media, public relations, events, positive reviews, and brand image tasks.
  • Assist in creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital newsletters, and proposals, including project descriptions and any contract help required.
  • Maintain and manage support site, including managing customer request tasks, tutorial material and data such as manuals, and videos, etc...
  • Help with coordinating product photoshoots when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of experience in support and communications (additional coursework or college degree may reduce experience required)
  • Desire to make a difference in people’s lives, and help the company improve overall image.
  • Ability to process customer feedback on a regular basis.
  • Ability to use online tools such as sales force online support tools. No experience required but would be desirable.
  • Ability to help increase positive and high ranked reviews.
  • Willing to learn social media and marketing tools to aid head of Marketing.
  • Able to thrive and make an impact in a small office environment: energetic, positive, assertive, resourceful, and a problem solver.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project deadlines, multi task, and prioritize.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good or excellent communication skills.
  • Experience/interest in consumer electronics and/or the environment.

PBI offers good pay, medical and dental insurance for the employee, options for shares to partake in the company’s success, vacation/sick/holiday pay, and profit sharing. We are conveniently located near downtown Bellevue, across the street from GIX and on block north of Wholefoods. Work Hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, however we allow for very flexible hours, working remotely and provide multiple travel opportunities.
